Job Overview
As a Bus Monitor at NovaPath, you’ll support the safe and respectful transportation of all students, including those with special needs. You’ll assist with boarding, seating, and behavior management while ensuring a positive and secure experience for every rider. This is a hands-on, student-facing role ideal for caring, attentive professionals who want to make a daily difference.
Key Responsibilities
Assist students on and off the bus, including mobility support
Monitor student behavior and ensure safety rules are followed
Communicate concerns to the driver or dispatch promptly
Help secure wheelchairs, safety belts, and harnesses as needed
Provide emotional and physical support to students during transport
Maintain a calm, supportive presence on every route
Document incidents and maintain daily ride logs

Previous childcare or school transportation experience is a plus
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Requirements
